KOZAMCHAK, MARTHA BELLE, 88, BLAIRSVILLE, PA (DERRY TWP.)
died on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at her home. She was born April 20, 1924 in Cokeville,PA, the daughter of the late Earl Diven and Grace (Wolford) Diven. She was a member of the St. Mary's Ukrainian Church, Latrobe, PA. She retired from the former Fours Company of Blairsville, PA. Martha was an avid bowler. She is survived by her sister, Roberta Kalb of Pekin, IL, brother, Russell Diven & wife Sharon of Schaumberg, IL and several Nieces & Nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Michael Kozamchak who died in 1976, grandmother, Jennie Diven who raised her, step-mother, Etna Diven and step-brother, Harry Benden. The Family will receive friends on Sunday, May 20, 2012 from 7-9 PM. A blessing service will be held in the Funeral Home on Monday, May 21, 2012 at 10:00 AM. Rev. Xavier Elambassery will officiate. Interment will be in the St. Joseph's Cemetery, Derry, PA. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
