Carol J. (Loughner) Staniscia

STANISCIA, CAROL J. (LOUGHNER), 78 OF BLAIRSVILLE, PA
                       
passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2019  at UPMC East, Monroeville, PA.  She was born June 12, 1941 in Baggaley, PA, the daughter of the late James Albert Loughner and Marie E. (O'Brien) Loughner.  She attended the First United Methodist Church, Blairsville, PA.  Carol enjoyed crocheting, needlepoint and embroidery.  She is survived by her daughter, Marjorie Heidkamp & husband, Michael, Oakdale, PA; son, James Edward Harris & wife, Susan, Lloydsville, PA; son, William Harris & wife, Susan, Torrance, PA; son, Terry Staniscia, Blairsville, PA; 7 Grandchildren; several Great Grandchildren; and her sisters, Isabel Bruggerman, Greensburg, PA and Mary Lou Agostino & husband, Monroe, Derry, PA.  She is preceded in death by her 1st husband, Earl E. Harris, Sr.; 2nd husband, Conner R. Myers; 3rd husband, Victor Staniscia, infant daughter, Carol Ann Harris; son, Earl E. Harris , Jr.; grand son, James E. Harris, Jr.; brothers: James E. Loughner, Sr.,  Thomas L. Loughner,   Paul M. Loughner and sisters: Martha Jane Reffo,  Rita L. Reffo,   Janet M. Guzik-Manno,  Marian M. Banocy,  Betty G. Anderson, and  Nancy Lee Loughner.  The family will receive friends at the James F. Ferguson Funeral Home, Inc., 25 W. Market St., Blairsville, PA 15717 on  Sunday, November 24, 2019 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM.  A funeral service will be held in the Funeral Home on Monday, November 25, 2019 at 11:00 AM.   Pastor Dan Cunkelman  will officiate.  Interment will be in Coles Cemetery, Derry, PA.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in  Carol's name to American Heart Association, PO Box 15120, Chicago, IL 60693, St. Judes Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or Breast Cancer Research Foundation, 28 W. 44th St., Suite 609, New York, NY 10036.
