Dorothy J. Pease

PEASE, DOROTHY J., 92 OF BLAIRSVILLE, PA

passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2019 at Indian Haven, Indiana, PA​.  She was born June 06, 1927 in Pittsburgh, PA​, the daughter of the late Elder Campbell​ and Maybelle (Trimble) Campbell​.  She was a member of the Hebron Lutheran Church, Blairsville, PA​.  Dorothy was a member of the Daughters of Hebron, Blairsville Historical Society and 55+ Club where she was the former secretary.  She enjoyed crafting, flower arranging and working for her Church.  She was an avid reader and had an angel collection.​  Dorothy is survived by her son, James E. Pease, TX​; son, Ronald Pease & wife, Judy, Barboursville, WV​; daughter, Karla I. Barkley, Blairsville, PA​; daughter, Karen R. Sessi & husband, Francis, Pittsburgh, PA​; grandchildren: Wendy, Susan, Robby, Erin, Jared & Hunter and great grandchildren: Heather, Lauren, Rayna & Collin​.  She was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Pease in 1973​ and siblings, John B. Campbell​ and Ruth Steininger​.  The family will receive friends at the James F. Ferguson Funeral Home, Inc., Blairsville, PA on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.  A funeral service will be held at 6 PM.  Pastor Erin Evans will officiate. Interment will be in the Blairsville Cemetery​, Blairsville, Pennsylvania​.​
