FREW, JEREMY J., 41 OF JOSEPHINE, PA

passed away on Friday, May 10, 2019  at  his home.  He was born March 12, 1978 in Latrobe, PA.  He worked as a tattoo artist.  He loved art and painting.  He is survived by his daughter, Lilly Bisi; mother, Kelly Pividori & husband, Mark, Josephine, PA; step-father, Jack Frew, Coral, PA; sister, Danyelle Pividori, TX and brother, John Pavelchick, Blairsville, PA.  He was preceded in death by his father, John Pavelchick, Jr..  There will be no viewing.  Family will receive friends at the James F. Ferguson Funeral Home, Inc., Blairsville, PA on Thursday, May 16, 2019 from 6:00 PM to  7:00 PM.  A memorial service will be held at 7PM with Rev. Brett Dinger officiating.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to James F. Ferguson Funeral Home, Inc., 25 W. Market St., Blairsville, PA 15717 to help with funeral costs.
