SHORT, JESSICA ERIN, 34 OF INDIANA, PA

passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 in  Shelocta, PA after struggling for many years with an addiction that she wasn't able to beat.  She was born July 10, 1985 in Carrolton, TX.  Jess was of the Lutheran faith. She was known for her kindness and good sense of humor.  She shared a deep bond with her Father and she loved her children "To the moon and back".  She is survived by her father, Randy Short & wife, Nikki, Latrobe, PA; mother, Alicia Edwards Short, Coal Run, PA; daughter, Alyssa Lynn Meyer; daughter, Emmah Grace Meyer; sister, Miranda Lynn Keip & husband, Aaron, IL and their daughter, Elowen; step-sister, Megan Nolan; step-brothers: Jeremiah, Tyler & Shane Sullivan and also several Aunts & Uncles.  The family will receive friends at the James F. Ferguson Funeral Home, Inc., Blairsville, PA on Monday, September 23, 2019 from 2:00 PM   to  4:00 PM  and  6:00 PM  to  8:00 PM.  A funeral service will be held in the Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 11:00 AM.  Pastor Dan Cunkelman  will officiate.  If so desired, memorial donations may be made to Pet Adoption League, 150 Spring St., Yukon, PA 15698.
