Allan W. Burnheimer, Sr.

Allan W. Burnheimer, Sr., 63 of Black Lick, PA, passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at his home.  He was born November 20, 1960 in Indiana, PA, the son of the late Leroy Burnheimer and Elizabeth (Smith) Duncan.  Allan had worked on the drilling rigs and did maintenance for Poets Village in Indiana, PA.  He enjoyed going to the races, riding his Suzuki & four-wheelers, hunting and fishing.  He also loved spending time with his family, especially his grandkids.  Allan also loved his dogs, Brutus, Bailey, Toby & Molly.

He is survived by his son, Todd McKendrick, Indiana, PA; son, Michael McKendrick, Black Lick, PA; daughter, Amanda Burnheimer, Indiana, PA; son, Allan Burnheimer, Jr., Black Lick, PA; daughter, Melissa Harmon & husband, Richard, Clarksburg, PA; grandchildren: Nathan, Garrett, Logan, Carter, Kyle, Alissa, Emma, Ava, Richard, Maya, Allan & Lilah; brother, Bryan Burnheimer, Shelocta, PA; brother, Nathan Duncan, Homer City, PA; wife, Patty Burnheimer, Black Lick, PA; special Cousin, Kevin Smith & many other extended family members.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

The family will receive friends at the Ferguson Funeral Home & Monument Company, 25 W. Market St. Blairsville, PA 15717 on Monday, September 16, 2024 from 4-7 PM.  Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 11:00 AM.  Interment will be held in the Coral Lutheran Cemetery, Coral, Pennsylvania.  If so desired, memorial donations may be made to Ferguson Funeral Home, 25 W. Market St., Blairsville, PA 15717 to help with funeral costs.
