Carroll A. (Buzzinotti) Liccioli Kowchuck

KOWCHUCK, CARROLL A. (BUZZINOTTI) LICCIOLI, 83 OF VA FORMERLY OF BLAIRSVILLE, PA

passed away on Friday, February 11, 2022 at her home.  She was born  May 17, 1938 in Black Lick, PA, the daughter of the late Gilbert L. Buzzinotti and Minnie (Bennett) Buzzinotti.  Carroll was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler's fan.  She enjoyed feeding the birds & squirrels, doing word puzzles and also collecting porcelain bird figurines.  Carroll was an amazing cook and was especially known for her homemade spaghetti sauce and fudge.  She was dearly known as "Nonnie" by her grandchildren, great grandchildren & all who knew her.  She is survived by her daughter, Karen (Liccioli) McMillan, Latrobe, PA; granddaughter, Jamie Hemminger & husband, Josh, Latrobe, PA; grandson, Colton McMillan, Blairsville, PA; great grandson, Roman & Maxon Hemminger; special friend, Mark Gatling, VA and several Nieces & Nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; 1st husband, Albert L. Liccioli; 2nd husband, Bernard J. Kowchuck, Sr.; grandson, Corey McMillan; brothers: Ralph, James & Robert Buzzinotti and her sister, Shirlie Korody Malis.  In keeping with Carroll's wishes, all services will be private.  Interment will be held in the SS Simon & Jude Cemetery, Blairsville, Pennsylvania.
