WENDEL, DENA J. (QUINN), 55 OF NEW FLORENCE, PA

Dena J. (Quinn) Wendel, 55 of New Florence, PA, passed away on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at her home.  She was born July 05, 1968 in Pittsburgh, PA.  She had worked as a Director of Sales & Operations at Open Up Resources.  She enjoyed traveling to the Carribean, crafting and quilting.  Dena also enjoyed spending time with her family and her four-footed friends. 

She is survived by her husband, Carl F. Wendel, New Florence, PA; daughter, Myria Wendel Rhoads & husband, Daniel, Blairsville, PA; mother, Joann Quinn, Blairsville, PA; brother, Tim Zaun, OH; brother-in-law, Terry Wendel & fiancé, Jackie, FL and her four-legged companions, Tucker & Triton.  

The family will receive friends at the Ferguson Funeral Home, 25 W. Market St. Blairsville, PA 15717 on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Thursday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.  A funeral service will be held at 4 PM in the funeral home.  Rev. Timothy Monroe will officiate.
