Dorothy J. Shrom

SHROM, DOROTHY J., 79 OF BLAIRSVILLE, PA

passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at Indiana Regional Medical Center, Indiana, PA.  She was born  December 05, 1943 in Heshbon, PA, the daughter of the late Robert Bertolino and Angeline (Tedeski) Bertolino.

Dorothy was a member of the Blairsville United Presbyterian Church.  She enjoyed gardening, reading, watching old movies and reality TV, playing video games with her Grandchildren and spending time with her cats.

She is survived by her daughter, Christine E. Webster & husband, Marvin, Blairsville, PA; daughter, Heidi L. Hoke & husband, George, Purcellville, VA; grandchildren, George Hoke, IV and Julia Hoke; brother, Albert Bertolino, Blairsville, PA; sister, Theresa Jean Leonard, Homer City, PA; sister, Annetta Kerzan, Indiana, PA and also many Nieces & Nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joseph A. Shrom in 2007; grandchild, Joey Webster and brother, Robert Bertolino .  

In keeping with Dorothy's wishes, there will be no visitation.  The family will receive friends at the James F. Ferguson Funeral Home, Inc., Blairsville, PA on Saturday, February 11, 2023 from 10-11 AM.  A memorial service will be held at 11 AM with Rev. Timothy Monroe officiating. Interment will be held in the Blairsville Cemetery, Blairsville, Pennsylvania.
