Irene (Fisher) Payne Suman

SUMAN, IRENE (FISHER) PAYNE, 80 OF BLAIRSVILLE, PA

passed away on Monday, May 08, 2023 at her daughter, Rhonda's home in Indiana, PA.  She was born March 17, 1943 in King's Lynn, England, the daughter of the late Arthur Fisher and Freda Mae (Clarke) Fisher. She had worked as a CNA for Beverly Manor in Monroeville for 40 years.  She belonged to the Church of England.  Irene loved gardening, all types of home & gardening gadgets, the outdoors, hiking and British sitcoms.  She loved swimming in Keystone Lake and the North Sea in England.  Irene was a very strong women who loved all animals, especially her dog, Goldie.

Irene is survived by her daughter, Theresa Bates, New Florence, PA; son, Shaun Kent, London, England; daughter, Rhonda Parkhurst & husband, Dan, Indiana, PA; son, James Suman, Blairsville, PA; grandchildren: Danny Payne, Beverly Dick, Angie Bates, Josh Bates & fiance Donna McAdams, William Bates, Craig Michael Sykes, Austin Witchen, Craig Coursin, Paige Catherine Witchen and Clarissa Marie Schert & husband, Hunter; 11 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Grandson, Ronin and brother, Eric Fisher, England.  

She was preceded in death by her parents; 1st husband, Michael Payne; 2nd husband, Roy Norton Suman, Jr.; daughter, Michelle J. Payne Robinson and brother, Donald Fisher.

In keeping with Irene's wishes, there will be no visitation or services.  If so desired, memorial donations may be made to Indiana County Humane Society, 191 Airport Road, Indiana, PA 15701.
