James L. Dietzen

DIETZEN, JAMES L., 76 OF BLAIRSVILLE, PA (WEST WHEATFIELD TWP.)

passed away on Friday, April 13, 2018 at  his home.  He was born September 15, 1941 in Homestead, PA, the son of the late Lawrence F. Dietzen and Sara (Eckersley) Dietzen.   Jim was the owner & operator of Dietzco Sales.  He was a masonic member of F&AM #582 Omni Lodge of Dravosburg, PA and a member of the Jaffa Shrine.  Jim loved to care for his many cats and dogs.  He also enjoyed working around his house and yard.  James is survived by his wife of 44 years, Diane (Karaffa) Dietzen, Blairsville, PA and also numerous Nieces, Nephews & Cousins.  The family will receive friends at the James F. Ferguson Funeral Home, Inc., Blairsville, PA on Saturday, April 21, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the time of the funeral service.  Fr. Joseph Borodach will officiate.  A masonic service will be held on Saturday at 11:30 AM. Interment will follow in the Jefferson Memorial Park, Pittsburgh, PA.  Due to Jim's love of pets, in lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to SNIPP-Spay/Neuter, 2559 Warren Road, Indiana, PA 15701.
