John L. Kuzminsky, 83 of Blairsville, PA, passed away on Friday, December 13, 2024 at Indiana Regional Medical Center, Indiana, PA. He was born February 24, 1941 in Dilltown, PA, the son of the late James Kuzminsky and Sarah (Zetta) Kuzminsky.
He was a coal miner and member of the UMWA. John loved fishing and cooking. He was famous for his pigs in a blanket.
He is survived by his daughter, Ellen McCartney, Ashland, VA; daughter, Shelly All & husband Keith, Dorchester, SC; grandchildren: Connor McCartney, Riley All & Logan Elliott; brother, Robert Kuzminsky & wife, Gloria, Vintondale, PA; sister, Linda Martin & husband, Barry, Dilltown, PA; sister-in-law, Cathy (Martinson) Kuzminsky, FL; sister-in-law, Mary (Whatmore) Kuzminsky, Johnstown, PA.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Judith A. (Elliott) Kuzminsky; brothers, James Kuzminsky and Richard Kuzminsky.
In keeping with John's wishes, there will be no visitation or services. Interment will be held in the Blairsville Cemetery, Blairsville, Pennsylvania.
