John D. "Doug" Leary, Sr.

John D. "Doug" Leary, Sr., 63 of Robinson, PA, passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at his home.  He was born March 31, 1961 in Johnstown, PA.  John was a member of the Mt. Tabor Methodist Church.  He worked in management for ESI in the janitorial department.  John enjoyed painting and hunting.  

He is survived by his wife, Juanita R. "Nita" (Bondra) Leary, Robinson, PA; son, John Leary & wife, Angi, MT; son, Jeff Leary & wife, Misty, ID; daughter, Ashley Cathcart, NV; step-daughter, Katie Sanner & husband, Charlie, SC; step-son, Arick Betts, Indiana, PA; step-daughter, Alexis Betts, New Florence, PA; grandchildren: Cody (Christina), Darian, Shankara (Jared),  Caleb, Noah, Kyleigh & Auri; 4 great grandchildren and brother, Ron Leary, New Florence, PA.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Eva Leary; grandson, Zachary Leary and brother, James Leary.

A graveside service will be held in the Germany Lutheran Cemetery, New Florence, PA on Thursday, September 26, 2024 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Kim Betz officiating.
