passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Forbes Hospital, Monroeville, PA.  She was born December 07, 1963 in Indiana, PA.  She enjoyed cooking, knitting and also raising and spending time with her family.  Judy is survived by her mother, Virginia (Shirley) Palmer, Black Lick, PA; her Hun, Donald Ashbaugh, Sr., Blairsville, PA; son, Donald Ashbaugh, Jr., Blairsville, PA; son, Robert Ashbaugh, Homer City, PA; son, Brian Ashbaugh, Homer City, PA; son, Dakota Ashbaugh, Blairsville, PA; grandchildren: Noah, Braiden, Blaine & Brylee Ashbaugh; brothers, Paul Palmer, Jr., Black Lick, PA and William Palmer, Homer City, PA.  She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Palmer, Sr.  The family will receive friends at the James F. Ferguson Funeral Home, Inc., 25 W. Market St. Blairsville, PA 15717 on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM.  A funeral service will be held at 8PM in the Funeral Home.
