Mary Ann Bell (Mikeska) Thomas

THOMAS, MARY ANN (MIKESKA) BELL, 85 OF BLAIRSVILLE, PA

passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2020 at Excela Health Latrobe Hospital, Latrobe, PA.  She was born September 19, 1934 in Leechburg, PA, the daughter of the late Pete Mikeska and Mary (Usko) Mikeska.  She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, Latrobe, PA.  Mary had retired from Blairsville Westinghouse.  She was a member of the BPOE #406 Ladies Auxiliary where she was former president and she was also former president of the Coral Graceton Fire Company.   She enjoyed playing Bingo, crocheting and spending time with her family.  Mary Ann is survived by her husband of 37 years, Clarence M. "Tank"  Thomas, Blairsville, PA; son, Dan Bell & wife, Sharon, Homer City, PA; son, Robert Bell, Lucerne Mines, PA; daughter, Patricia Kattera & husband, Ken, Greensburg, PA; daughter, Debra Bowser & husband, Gary, Curwensville, PA; daughter, Brenda Beisner; grandchildren: Stacey Leger & husband, Chad, McIntire, PA, Robert Bell, Jr. & wife, Kristin, Homer City, PA, Tim Bell, Lucerne Mines, PA, Dan Bell, Jr., Indiana, PA and Kaylee Morelli & husband, Brandon, Leechburg, PA; great grandchildren: Kayla, Kyliegh, Mason, Alaina, Cody, Jocelyn & Chase; sister, Judy Smyers & husband, Glenn, Coral, PA and also several Nieces & Nephews.  She was preceded in death by her sister, Dorothy Thayer; brother, John Mikeska; sister, Patty Fisher; daughter-in-law, Debbie Bell and her 1st Husband, Harry "Cuv" Bell.  Due to the circumstances in the world today, all services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in the Greenwood Cemetery, Indiana, Pennsylvania.  If so desired, memorial donations may be made in Mary Ann's name to the Coral Graceton Volunteer Fire Company, 437 1st Ave., Coral, PA 15731.
