Michael W. Ickes

ICKES, MICHAEL W., 73 OF BLAIRSVILLE, PA

passed away on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at Mountain View Senior Living, Greensburg, PA.  He was born June 08, 1949 in Columbus, OH, the son of the late Clarence and Mary (Waldman) Ickes.  Mike had worked at Advance Auto Parts.  He enjoyed anything that involved cars including talking about them and fixing them.  He loved watching Hallmark movies, dancing and spending time with his family.  He is survived by his family and friends whom loved him very much.  Michael was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Cheryl D. Ickes in 2019; daughter, Jodie Ickes and granddaughter, Samantha Ickes. In keeping with his wishes, there will be no visitation or services.  If so desired, memorial donations may be made to James F. Ferguson Funeral Home, Inc., 25 W. Market St., Blairsville, PA 15717 to help with final expenses.
