Sharon D. Leighty

Sharon D. Leighty, 74 of Greensburg, PA, passed away on Monday, March 23, 2026 at Twin Lakes Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, Greensburg, PA.  She was born August 29, 1951 in Uniontown, PA, the daughter of the late Jacob Leighty and Nellie (Bartock) Leighty.  Sharon had worked as a hospital aid in Uniontown Hospital.  She enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her grandchildren.  She is survived by her grandchildren:  Jaykel Leighty, Connellsville, PA, Darian Gainey & husband, Gage, Connellsville, PA, Hayden Leighty, Connellsville, PA, Jaicin Leighty, Connellsville, PA and Jashia Leighty.  She was preceded in death by her parents.  In keeping with Sharon's wishes, there will be no services.  If so desired, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
