MILLER, SUSAN F., 77 OF BLAIRSVILLE, PA

Susan F. Miller,  77 of Blairsville, PA, passed away on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at Indian Haven, Indiana, PA.  Susan was born September 3, 1944 in Indiana, PA, the daughter of the late Andrew Miller and Ruth (Henry) Miller.  Susan graduated from the Presbyterian School of Nursing.  She worked as a registered nurse in Indiana County.  She enjoyed volunteering at various events giving out vaccines. Susan was a member of the United Presbyterian Church, Blairsville.  She was a past president for the Historical Society and was a former member of the Quota Club.   She loved her garden, traveling, reading, visiting her friends and the many years she spent in Vermont.  She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Gibson & husband, Philip, Coral Springs, FL; brother, Drew Miller & wife, Karin, Blairsville, PA; brother, Matt Miller & fiance, Mary Anne, Milton, DE; brother, Gib Miller & wife, Mary, Pittsburgh, PA; nieces & nephews: Andrew & Nicole, Ian & wife Jessica, Emily & husband Mike, Seth & Lola, Aric & wife Caroline, Tess & husband Jake, Adam & Miranda and also 5 Great Nieces & Nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Bruce Miller.  The family will receive friends at the James F. Ferguson Funeral Home, Inc., 25 W. Market St., Blairsville, PA 15717 on Monday, December 13, 2021 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM.   A funeral service will be held in the Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Arthur Dilg officiating.  Interment will be in the Blairsville Cemetery, Blairsville, Pennsylvania.  If so desired, memorial donations may be made to the Blairsville Historical Society, 116 E. Campbell St., Blairsville, PA 15717 or a charity of your choice.
