Theresa L. Mosco

Theresa L. (Lazarowicz) Mosco, 83, of Blairsville, died in the early hours of July 26, 2024.  She was born May 1, 1941 in Waterman, Pennsylvania, daughter to the late Walter and Stella (Domino) Lazarowicz.  Theresa was a member of SS Simon & Jude Catholic Church.  She loved playing bingo and going to casinos.   She enjoyed watching her stories and game shows on tv, and talking to her family and friends on the phone. Her grandchildren were the lights of her life.  She loved spending time with them, listening to music, dancing, and teaching them to cook her special dishes.

Theresa is survived by her daughter, Rosezella Swanson; son-in-law, Mark Swanson; three grandchildren: Joseph, Victoria, & Allyson; two sisters, Agnes Roser & Ruth Miller; one brother, Frank Lazarowicz and numerous nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Mosco; 3 sisters: Anna Mae Lucas, Stella Petrovich & Marcella Murphy and 2 brothers: John Lazarowicz & Walter Lazarowicz.

Friends will be received Sunday from 2-5 PM at the Ferguson Funeral Home & Monument Company in Blairsville.  A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday at 10 AM in SS Simon & Jude Catholic Church, Blairsville, PA with Fr. Segundino Laude officiating.  Interment will be in the SS Simon & Jude Cemetery, Blairsville, PA.
