Timothy Earl Lydick, 80 of Blairsville, PA, passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at Indiana Regional Medical Center, Indiana, PA. He was born June 20, 1943 in West Wheatfield Twp., PA to Earl Lydick and Ruth (Shirley) Lydick.
He retired from Helen Mines as a roof bolter. He also worked at Westinghouse, Dietrich and was a manager at Quaker State gas station in Armagh. He was a member of the Army National Guard and had attended the Homer City Church of the Nazarene. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Earnest Lydick. Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Patricia (Thompson) Lydick, Blairsville, PA; 2 sons, Robert Lydick & wife, Beverly, Blairsville, PA and Douglas Lydick, Blairsville, PA; and 2 grandchildren, Rob Lydick, State College, PA and Kayla Lydick, Hollidaysburg, PA.
The family will receive friends at the Ferguson Funeral Home & Monument Company, 25 W. Market St. Blairsville, PA 15717 on Thursday, June 6, 2024 from 2-4 PM. A funeral service will be at 4 PM with Rev. Bob Flick officiating. Interment will be held in the Armagh Cemetery, Armagh, Pennsylvania.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to the Homer City Church of the Nazarene, 3513 Hwy 119 S., Homer City, PA 15748.
